Not yet officially. They were supposed to release it in this last
release of 2017, but it didn't make it into this release. I believe it
will be in the first or second release of 2018. It'll be new so may not
be feature complete. By the end of 2018, most things should have been
shaken out.
The Xojo web apps can be made device aware so that you send down a
different page based on the type of device connected. If you download
Xojo (free), then try out the "Eddies Electronics" web sample which
responds appropriately when connected from a computer browser and a
phone/tablet browser.
