I forgot to mention this in my last post. A cluster bomb does not kill anyone. The person who uses the cluster bomb is the killer. Pretty soon you will be blaming Ford and Chevrolet (he was French, ya know) for the car bombs that are used by terrorists. And DuPont (another Frenchman) only makes explosives for peaceful purposes. It is the terrorists who abuse the privilege.
