I’ve been on Windows 11 for a while, but haven’t noticed major issues when moving from Windows 10. We use different libraries for sending mail. Recently we added MailKit with the Microsoft MSAL library when Microsoft disabled SMTP with user name and password. Instead they are requiring OAuth2 now. We have a little helper class written in C# and use wwDotNetBridge to call it. You could probably do it entirely in wwDotNetBridge, though. MailKit allows for synchronous operations.
