I did write that some time ago. That functionality no longer works with the
newer cameras.

We now use an Electron app that interfaces with a .NET Http Server to bring
images to the server.
We don't allow the customer to set the image name.
Setting up electron isn't fun, it was time intensive and frustrating due to
all the out dated packages and documentation.

You might be able to do something with the WebView2 control from Microsoft.
It would need to be hosted in a WinForms control that you can host as an
ActiveX on a VFP form. We had determined that in our research. We went with
the Electron app because most of the functionality in the app could be cross
platform.

Good luck,
Tracy

Subject: VFP and Camera capture

Hello,

Has anyone written any VFP app that allows us to use a tablet or notebook
running Windows OS take photo with the built in camera and control where you
save and how you name the image file?
Or possibly using West-Wind's wwdotnetbridge.dll to use some .NET class
library's ?

Thanks
