For simple reports, especially including ones that can be run by an end-user (read: "non-developer"), you might check out Stonefield Query. It works with a variety of non-Fox backends (as well as Fox) and seems pretty easy to use. Free webinars available, iirc. (F*ck your mgmt if they're dissing the Fox for no good/valid reason.
