You also have a very high population of retirees with the motor homes, etc. 
They don't work and I suspect are not included in the work force. But they 
spend their retirement money. Maybe you can figure out some kind of service 
to offer them and get paid.

My father-in-law is 98 and bedridden. We pay an exorbitant amount of money 
to a service that provides 24-hour nursing care. The owner drives around in 
a Mercedes while the caregivers make less than $100 a day. They are mostly 
immigrants from Jamaica and have a tough time living in Connecticut on those 
wages. I don't think there is even a license required to do any of this. The 
owner is Jamaican and knows how to deal with her countryman.

My thought is why don't you organize this kind of service. Round up some 
caregivers from Jamaica, Cuba, etc.
