You also have a very high population of retirees with the motor homes, etc. They don't work and I suspect are not included in the work force. But they spend their retirement money. Maybe you can figure out some kind of service to offer them and get paid. My father-in-law is 98 and bedridden. We pay an exorbitant amount of money to a service that provides 24-hour nursing care. The owner drives around in a Mercedes while the caregivers make less than $100 a day. They are mostly immigrants from Jamaica and have a tough time living in Connecticut on those wages. I don't think there is even a license required to do any of this. The owner is Jamaican and knows how to deal with her countryman. My thought is why don't you organize this kind of service. Round up some caregivers from Jamaica, Cuba, etc. _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
