John:  I divided up agreements into applicable sections because not all
sections need to be in every agreement.  "Ownership" is an example of what
is not included in this particular contract because my customer owns the
software.  This wording is in the support agreement section.  I have a
"Policies and Practices" section that goes with all agreements which covers
Non-compete, Confidentiality, Disputes and Liability.
