Its nothing new, been happening for centuries..
The bigger companies eat the smaller companies until they get so big that
they can't turn.

Then the smaller companies who don't have 1,000's of layers to make
decisions start nipping at their heels until they take them down.

That's why you need to stay small and nimble.
Your customer says "I want that"
You say, how will you pay for it ???
