Hi all,
I would like to ask you if someone knows how can I run a silent install for
MySQl server 5.0

I have read the reference manual and I know about the available installation
files but I couldn't find
an efficient way to automate the server's deployment.

More specifically , the reference manual has a chapter about the changes of
the registry and files that
the setup wizard puts in the target machine but I don't know how I can set
the root's password in this way.

MsSQL Server has many switches in the Setup.exe and you can accomplish a
silent setup easily but I could find something similar for MySQL server.

Has anyone any idea about this?
