I have just tried it again and this time I right click on the taskbar
entry and selected move.  I then pressed a cursor key and then moved the
mouse.  Amazingly the dialog box then appeared!  Its as if the dialog
box is off the screen.

ShowWindow=2 - As Top-Level Form
WindowType=1 Modal
