I think there's some fear of flying involved in there, too: I'm applying patterns and algorithms we used to solve problems in VFP in PostgreSQL, PHP and Python. The syntax varies a bit from one to the other (I still forget my semi-colons!), but the general principles translate pretty well. You do run a danger of solving a problem "the Fox way" rather than a solution that may be simpler and more elegant in the native tongue, but you can acquire those with time. -- Ted Roche Ted Roche & Associates, LLC http://www.tedroche.com _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/profox/[EMAIL PROTECTED] ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
