Hi Derek! Here in Florida a juvenile offender can have 50 felony convictions before he serves a single day in prison. If they catch him, he will have a record already, don't you think? The same political philosophy letting the criminals run wild with no punishment also controls access to guns. She could have gotten a permit if she had been 21, but someone killed her when she was 18. She could enlist and be sent to Iraq at 18, but not have the right to defend herself at home.
