I have the Cingular/Treo 750 and like it. It is a bit pricey but I got a deal on it. :) The only downside is that the speaker could be louder. That is easily enough solved by using an earpiece I suppose, but I don't currently have one.
Actually, the real downside is I misplaced it on Sunday. It was not at the rink so it will turn up at home at some point. Thankfully I still had my old signal-challenged Razr phone handy, better than nothing...
