        No, terrorism is attacks against non-military targets designed to  
inflict a fear in the general populace in an effort to attract  
sympathizers and change the prevailing sentiment. While the colonists  
in the Revolutionary War certainly used guerilla tactics against the  
British Army, they also employed attacks against civilians,  
especially in areas sympathetic to the Crown. Massachusetts in  
particular had a very high number of civilian deaths.
