We thought we had a lot of equity at the start, and we even had a fairly
good cash cushion. But I just haven't been able to make it all work the way
I hoped to.

Our lawyer is having a negotiation meeting with our former general
contractor's lawyer on Thursday. I hope a solution gets worked out. If not,
we are going to have to file a lawsuit, and that's going to rack up dollars
even faster.
