Madigan, What my first ex did was agree to things in mediation and then just not get around to signing the papers or just pick up our son early from school and go out of town with him on my weekends.
He was such a joy. These days he's a fundamentalist minister. Surely if Michael agreed to stuff and then just stuck the papers in his pocket without signing them he might be able to get away with things too.
