I don't see why not.  I would expect the customer to purchase the
components from me, so how about approaching your supplier.

Now that I had bought my motherboard and built a new PC, could I just
buy a OEM WinXP separately from shops? I noticed there is a Vi$ta for
System Builder version in US Amazon. Not sure whether Hpng Kong has
it....
