Hi Jean! It looks like the small towns are 2 or 3 miles apart, not "wilderness" unless you are confined to a wheelchair. If they did find a spot it would quickly fill up with as many bad guys as the brits have - assuming the left liberal judges could find the courage to even pass sentence in the first place.
