Offering a service in multiple areas is not the same as being a low-life spammer. IMO, low-life spammers are the guys that send you 4 emails at once wanting to "enhance" your body with no address or means to unsubscribe. Others that have a legitimate purpose and allow unsubscribes don't fall into that category.
