Sounds like you are opening multiple instances of the ("ocsusersap") table.
The second or subsequent table name opened is "D". Should you be closing the
("ocsusersap") table first and then re opening it or rather than trying to
open it again, you can do a SELECT ("ocsusersap")instead.
