I saw it back in October 2007. I was looking for a low cost long distance phone plan for North America. I would try it at the drop of a hat. I just checked and I cannot get a local number in my area codes or anywhere in Canada. They promised they would have them early in 2008. Still not there. When they do I'll go for it.
