Pete,
If that is the case, there was no reason to bring him in in the first place. I
guess he was "too slow" standing up. Don't they do psych profiles on these
people before giving them a badge? Criminal charges would definitely be
approriate here... at least equivalent to assaulting an officer.
You guys are fortunate that there is video there to catch this stuff.
