Hi David!

I have been using a multimineral capsule of the NOW brand, and also Nature's
Plus Kelp tablets, Kelp is *supposed* to have all the trace minerals. I feel
so-so OK, which considering the fact that many of my old pals no longer feel
at all, could be a testimonial of sorts. I am trying to decide if I should
switch to the liquid colloidal minerals. What are you using now for minerals?
