If you are not seeing the ending tag of the MIME area, my WAG is a timeout
issue sending the email through your automation.

If the whole file is there, your email client should be pulling out
correctly.

Not sure whether this is should be NF or not, it is email being sent from a
VFP app.

I have a facility on my apps which will allow the user to send me a backup
of their data. The system closes the data files, zips them then emails them
to me as an attachment. This has worked without any problems for a couple
of years but suddenly in the last week they have been arriving in MIME
format, ie as a string of characters rather than an attachment. The
original emails in the Sent folder show the file as an attachment and when
the email is forwarded to me manually it arrives OK. This is an area I have
very little experience in, is it the app that is causing the problem or is
it something at the ISP perhaps? Obviously the MIME format is no use to me
as a backup.

TIA
