Three thoughts:

1.  header_wrapper is 780px.   This combined with the image and margins may be 
forcing the wrap.  Try bumping that up some. 

2.  In the CSS, menu only has a height set, you may want to add a value there 
to force it wider.

3.  The arrow graphic is fairly wide.  Why not put the name on the button and 
eliminate the text?
