Becomes a hard one for them to follow.  bombs tend to destroy the
infrastructure for their oil revenue stream.  At least last week they
experienced another "Oh $hit" moment, sending price per barrel up 4 USD.

With the entire WORLD having to pay for this I'm suprised that Korea , Japan
and say China are not putting a foot up the arse of the insurgents.  This is
getting to be an expensive screw up and every time they play boom "up go the
rates" the world suffers a little bit more.  Granted the guys with oil,
Russia, Canada, Venezuela, ... say "I bet you can't do that again."

So to answer your Q, if we stop $$$ from going in and expect them to pay
their own way, they will incur great losses just to get our face dirty.
Nobody will win well except for Saddar who is pulling the strings and then
telling his folks to cool it.
