Hi Kristyne!

I discussed it with one of the engineers involved with the project. The 
decisions were political, rather than technical, however. It wouldn't suprise 
me if one of the fat cats has a no-good brother-in-law who sells the water 
based stuff. Since that discussion (years ago) I have kept an eye on it, and 
sure enough . . .

It is similar to the water-based paint idea, the oil based paint is more 
durable and more water resistant.
