Fastmail.fm has supported '+' style addressing for years. In addition,
Fastmail supports subdomain style email addresses which offers the
flexibility of '+' style addressing without all the hassles.

A caution regarding the use of '+' in email addresses: Many online
services have faulty email validation logic and will reject email
addresses with '+' characters. Even more frustrating, some may allow
this type of address when registering for a service, but disallow the
use of this style email address in other areas of an application, i.e.
where an email address doubles as an account name.
