Dang, I must have missed a lot with the divorce and the foreclosures.

Sorry to hear about it as I've been through both and I know that it knocks
the wind out of your sails.

But it got me to thinking about one of my current projects.

Probably nobody here is interested, but ya'll may know of somebody that
might be so feel free to pass it on.

One of my current projects is to take a 7 unit 3 room apartment complex that
was sorely neglected by the previous property manager and turn it into a
profitable operation.

I am anticipating renting each unit for 550 per month which will include all
utilities except for your satellite and phone (FAST DSL is available)
My typical clientel for such a place around here will be your young people
that won't take care of anything and can't afford anything, and I'm thinking
about merging a project I've had on my mind for quite some time.

How about if I find 7 single, or maybe couples that are software
developers/systems types that want to escape from the rat race so that they
can focus on developing the next ebay/amazon/what have you.

I'm thinking it may be a way for some budding entrepreneurs to minimize
their expenses so that they can focus on building the business.

If anybody knows anybody, have them get in touch with me.

It's a nice area around here.
Country here, but you have fredericksburg (antiques and beer gardens) and
kerrville large town conveniences in a small town within 20 miles and san
antonio and austin are within 75 miles.

Regards,

Virgil
