We do that. www.mimeo.com You will have to install a print driver onto your local machine. That will shoot to us the images. Do you want each page blown up so your text is visible from 6 feet / 2 meters away, or do you just want roll printing and each pane will be 10 feet or longer? Set up an account on line. A customer service person will call you you up an offer you a free demo of what we can do. You will have to talk to someone and if you ask to talk to someone with prepress experience it would be a good idea. You will have to produce the pdf files yourself and talk to the sales rep about getting them uploaded to your account. The print driver will do a great job for DOCUMENT sized work, so 8.5 x 11 or A4 no problem. What you are looking for is a little different and we do that as well. I have blown up some color photos to 4'x6' and am amazed at the quality.
