Whenever I'm surfing, I'm noticing that a page takes so much time to load,
and most of the time it's waiting on doubleclick.com, or ads.com.com, or
other obviously ad-related sites. I just want to block those and get the
real meat content of the page I'm viewing.

How do I block those sites so that that crap times out and I'm just left
with the good content of the page?

tia!
