Hi Michael!

I see you as too ethical to get involved in this sort of business. They
don't care if you are sick, injured, aged, widowed, unemployed or insane
- they just keep pounding on you no matter what.

They buy your written off folder for $25, harass you for months then
sue you. If you turn out to be not worth suing they sell the folder to
another Shylock and the process starts again. Each time the folder is
resold the statute of limitations starts over now that the law is different.

The 2005 change in the law was a mistake and is due to be revisited.
