Hi Michael! I see you as too ethical to get involved in this sort of business. They don't care if you are sick, injured, aged, widowed, unemployed or insane - they just keep pounding on you no matter what. They buy your written off folder for $25, harass you for months then sue you. If you turn out to be not worth suing they sell the folder to another Shylock and the process starts again. Each time the folder is resold the statute of limitations starts over now that the law is different. The 2005 change in the law was a mistake and is due to be revisited. -- Regards, Pete http://pete-theisen.com/ _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: ProFox@leafe.com Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/profox/[EMAIL PROTECTED] ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
