Uhm... OK.
First of all, kudos to you for volunteering. That is the kind of spirit 
that will make a difference, and more people should do it.  I don't 
agree with your politics, but I do salute you for actually doing something.

2. uhm.. cough.. cough... It *IS* the R headquarters, so I'm not 
surprised that after the announcement of the VP, the calls would tend to 
be towards VP bumper stickers.
3. When my wife volunteered for the D headquarters, the calls were for 
Obama T-Shirts.  I actually have one, and I look pretty darn spiffy in 
it, if I dare say so myself!
