Have you considered charging your customers $1 for the privilege of NOT 
having to see you?  You wouldn't have to buy any software, *and* you'd 
make money!

OK, "wit" demo done.  What kind of conference software are you using?  A 
lot of them already have web cam support built in.  Also, what do you 
mean by full screen/window/minimize?  Changing what they see, or what 
you see, or each of you can choose what you see?  Does your smiling face 
have to be in the conference window, or does it need to be in a separate 
window? 

Finally, (and I may be WAY behind the times, here), but last time I 
bothered to check, a few years ago the pundits were saying you shouldn't 
be showing your smiling face, as the jerky nature and low frame rate of 
online video made for unsettling viewing, and/or mis-interpreted facial 
expressions.
