Have you considered charging your customers $1 for the privilege of NOT having to see you? You wouldn't have to buy any software, *and* you'd make money! Would definitely work with my clients. Also, what do you mean by full screen/window/minimize? Changing what they see, or what you see, or each of you can choose what you see? Does your smiling face have to be in the conference window, or does it need to be in a separate window?
