I have a colleague that's having problems with some clown continuously sending unwanted e-mail. Since direct hints don't seem to work, she'd like to set a killfilter, but doesn't know how. She has Outlook, and I have TBird, so I have no idea how it's done in Outlook. She'd like to filter it so that "If sender is clownboy, move to trash.".
Would someone with Outlook mind posting a step by step? She's computer literate, so they don't have to be baby steps. I'll see that she gets the replies.
