Thanks Alan - I am experimenting with UltraEdit at the moment - of course I 
can't have my cake and it (code folding and IntelliSense) :(

The only that I know of with both code folding and support for VFP
syntax is UltraEdit, which is shareware AFAIK. You could probably add
syntax support to PSPad (open source) pretty easily if you had a list of
VFP keywords.
