Greetings, I use Road Kill Rabbit (Road Runner) and am VERY pleased with their service. They have a 10 MB down and 386 KB upload speed for standard, and a 15 MB down and 1 MB upload speed as their Turbo service. I have found that going for their turbo service, you get priority internet bandwidth versus those that pay for the slower connection speed.
I am not sure if Time Warner Cable offers high speed internet in the Chicago area, as I am in Rochester NY, but I figured I would give my review anyways. I'm getting kinda sick of being treated that way, so I'm considering changing service providers, as much as that causes all kind of stress-related issues. So I'd like a few suggestions. I'm looking for a high-speed provider in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago. I primarily use E-mail, WWW, and some BitTorrent, as well as, obviously, Usenet. So if you have the time, I'd love to hear some recommendations.
