Why wouldn't two US Senators be working on this deal? I realize Obama has never actually done a day's work but saying, "call me if you need me" isn't leadership.
We may be facing a meltdown of the whole financial system and Barack doesn't seem to be all that interested. On a side note, Joe Biden seems to think Roosevelt was president in 1929 and that television was widely available.
