No one knows for sure what the future tax on capital gains might be; 
because, the executive branch of government does not have absolute 
power.  President elect Obama will need to work with congress and the 
American people, both Republican and Democrat, before a final tax law 
will be signed into law, and I'm locking forward to a healthy debate on 
the tax issue.
