Hi Stephen! He isn't vindicated. No one anywhere has considered it on its merits. It has been all "La, la, la, I can't hear you!" Now when the next communist from who-knows-where it will be a precedent case. All so newspapers and TV advertising would be selling better! There will be more cases, and a congressional election in two years. Meanwhile, good luck getting any new judges past the Senate.
