1.  The new eBay scam is that after you win a bid, a scammer,. not the real 
seller, will send you an email saying that his PayPal account is frozen, and 
could you please send him a payment via Western Union instead.  
 

2.  The new PayPal scam is that after the buyer gets the item delivered, he 
fills out a dispute claim with PayPal saying that the item isn't what he 
ordered or isn't in working order.  The buyer then ships back a different item 
to the seller, keeps the good item and has his money refunded.  PayPal Seller 
Protection does not protect against "not what I expected" charge backs, only "I 
didn't receive it" chargebacks.  PayPal is geared to protect THE BUYER and not 
THE SELLER.
