Just delete it. Most likely it is a "test balloon" looking for a response from a lot of eMails sent out looking for live humans at the other end of the communication (you, although some may argue the point re: you being human <g>). If you respond it tells the sending system they have a "live one" on the hook, and you will likely begin to get pounded with all kinds of eMails for all kinds of junk and scams. Don't believe me? Open a free eMail account, then send an eMail to the address you see when you do a Reply (do not send the reply, just use it to get the "real target reply address). Wait for a day or so and look at how stuff the new inbox is with all kinds of crap nobody in their right mind needs or wants. Oh, wait a minute... That may mean you ... Oh, never mind <g>... heh-heh...
