I put SET TALK OFF in the form Load, Init, Activate, Deactivate, etc. It took a long time to track it down as it was happening for one customer on one version of VFP. Then one day in testing an app for another customer it hit my development environment. It is a bug and only happens in a specific set of circumstances, and a pain to track down.
