Not that I've found. Dockable seems to imply always on top.

I like to keep the property sheet, data session and document view docked in the 
same frame as well as the command window on my second monitor. I usually have 
the debug window, when open, on monitor #2 also.

Does anyone know if it's possible to have the command etc. windows as
dockable but not always on top. I like to have the command windows and
properties separate but sometimes I like to have VFP over 2 screens and the
dockable's stay on top. I would like them to go behind if I want them to.
