Yep, I moved the temporary hacked report to the Windows\Temp folder the
other day. Either it back to app folder or copying the logo to the temp
folder sorts it.

Graham,
1. Check it is where you think it is - look at properties of the Image
and make sure you can browse to it.

and/or

2. Add the .bmp file into the project under other files before compiling

I've put a customer's logo onto a report as a bmp. 
To print this, I copy the report to a temporary name, hack around in the
frx and then print.
 
This launches a dialog to ask where logo.bmp is. I don't think I've seen
this before and can't see what I've done differently.
 
Any any clues please
