Based on your e-mail this does not appear to be an IHS held record but sounds more like a technical issue that you should raise with your IT department. To clarify, we are the FOIA office for the Indian Health Service, an agency of the US Department of Health and Human Services. We deal with requests for government records. If you are looking for something for VISTA – Cache from the ftp.va.gov, it looks like maybe this is the Veteran’s Administartion, a wholly separate agency from our agency. You will have to follow up with them." I also called the VA office; a lady called me back and said that whatever is there is what they have.
