Ridiculous.  80% of Americans like their health insurance.  We need to fix it 
for the other 20%.

1.  Tort reform.  Limit judgment amounts.

2.  Lower malpractice insurance for doctors.

3.  allow nurses to dispense and administer low-level medications.

4.  Allow longer prescription times.  Right now if you're on long-term 
prescription such as blood pressure medication, they require you to come in 
every 5 months.  I'd change that to every 12 months.

5   Lawsuits make doctors over-test so that they can't be sued later.

6.  Allow poorest people to join medicare regardless of age.
