I subjected my wife briefly to some clips of Van Jones speaking in his element today. I was talking about it as a kind of justification for the funk I went into during the election, when its outcome was obvious to me. She, who has seen a whole lot more of communism than you or I, went into a kind of funk of her own. She didn't believe for a moment Obama would be elected. Like you, she wouldn't believe for a moment that Obama, having been elected, could possibly be as dangerous as I was saying he is. She saw Van Jones and got a little context about the people Obama has actually surrounded himself with, not just Jones, but people like Holdren and Sunstein and Lloyd and several others; and now she's depressed. You may be advanced in years. But you haven't seen what my wife has seen. Not yet. You may yet. - Bob _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/profox/[email protected] ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
