A commentator at Canada Free Press says he has obtained copies of two
documents apparently prepared by Democrats to certify Barack Obama as their
nominee for president in 2008 that suggest House Speaker Nancy Pelosi knew
there was an unresolved issue with his eligibility under the U.S.
Constitution.

The first includes a verification that Obama and Joe Biden, then-candidate
for vice president, "are legally qualified to serve under the provisions of
the United States Constitution."

The second form obtained by Williams appears identical, down to a
typographical error in "through." But in this one, the verification of
eligibility under the requirements of the U.S. Constitution is gone.
"Now this is the stuff real conspiracies are made of!" Williams, who also
maintains his own website, wrote. "Please allow me to connect the dots
here."
"The DNC drafted, signed and notarized TWO slightly different versions of
their Official Certification of Nomination documents, not one," he wrote.
"One of those documents had complete legal language, and one of them was
missing the text concerning the constitutional eligibility of Barack Hussein
Obama.
"The version which is absent any certification of constitutional standing
for the office of president is the version that was filed with every state
in the country, and the one used by the DNC to elect Barack Obama
president," he wrote.
WND contacted the Democratic National Committee multiple times over three
days to request an explanation of the two images, including whether one
might be a forgery. A spokeswoman in the press office confirmed, "We are
aware of it," but declined to elaborate.
Likewise, WND contacted the office of Pelosi, but got no response over
several days. And the White House declined to respond to multiple e-mails
asking for a comment.

"The fact that TWO DNC Certifications exist, both signed, dated and
notarized by the same individuals on the same day, means that a very real
conspiracy to commit election fraud was under way, and since it took until
six months after the election to uncover it, the conspiracy was indeed
successful," Williams wrote.
"Are you still wondering why Barack Obama has spent nearly $1.5 million in
taxpayer's funds to race Department of Justice lawyers around the country to
stop all cases questioning Obama's eligibility before discovery can force
Obama to open up his top secret life?"
He described the discoveries as "actually very serious business."

The "certification of live birth" posted online and widely touted as
"Obama's birth certificate" does not in any way prove he was born in Hawaii,
since the same "short-form" document is easily obtainable for children not
born in Hawaii. The true "long-form" birth certificate - which includes
information such as the name of the birth hospital and attending physician -
is the only document that can prove Obama was born in Hawaii, but to date he
has not permitted its release for public or press scrutiny.
Oddly, though congressional hearings were held to determine whether Sen.
John McCain was constitutionally eligible to be president as a "natural born
citizen," no controlling legal authority ever sought to verify Obama's claim
to a Hawaiian birth.

Things that make you go hmmmmm.
I used to lump the birthers with the truthers, and it's still hip among
mainstream conservatives to do so.
But the more I learn about Obama's rise to power, the more the birthers seem
to have some good points, at least as it pertains to his alleged "proof" of
eligibility to date, and now this evidence about the dual notarized forms
signed by the DNC.
Most of the truthers are far lefties (Van Jones was signatory #46); and now
far lefties are in power with, at least for now, a supermajority in
Congress. These people have the most serious case of projection I've ever
seen---that is, they not only do precisely what they accused conservatives
of doing (exploding the deficit, destroying the middle class, violating
privacy rights, shredding the Constitution, and -- more ominously --
orchestrating attacks on fellow citizens) but they do all of it with an
order of magnitude more reckless abandon.
Because they who dream up such plots are in charge, I no longer put an
orchestrated attack on our own citizens past THIS government. Indeed, early
on they were laying the groundwork for it even by some seemingly silly steps
as lumping disgruntled veterans, anti-abortion activists and 2nd amendment
defenders as potential terrorists.
I love how they claimed Bush was taking his eye off the ball by reducing our
involvement in Afghanistan and wasting our efforts in Iraq. Now after
wasting TRILLIONS in a very short period of time on a ponzi scheme bailout
of Wall Street, Obama has escalated our armed forces in a true
exit-strategy-less military quagmire in Afghanistan, where empires go to die
a slow bloody death (maybe Bush wasn't so dumb after all, at least on the
war front---I will never forgive him for TARP)---and not a peep about the
mounting dead American soldiers and innocent civilians there.
By focusing Homeland Security efforts on American citizens, instead of real
terrorists, this government is not just taking its eye off the ball, it is
on the verge of becoming truly hostile to its own citizens. Is it any wonder
an anti-abortion protester was shot dead in the street with his placard
outside a school in Michigan -- a since-proven hate crime because the
perpetrator was caught and admitted he did it because the guy was
anti-abortion -- and nary a word of it hits the press.
Another case in point is the curious case of the young undercover
journalists who proved ACORN corruption in multiple locations. They posed as
a pimp and a prostitute looking for a loan and filmed workers in different
offices all too eager to help them defraud the government for home loans.
While denying the charges, ACORN fired the workers in the film. And now
Maryland's attorney general is actively contemplating prosecuting.... the
journalists.
It's actually frightening to see all of this going on, and the mainstream
media for the most part completely silent about it.
All this I saw coming last year during my election funk. These are sad times
for America.
