I am running a Win 3.1 program under XP Pro SP3. RAM = 1.93GB.
I get the error [Run Time Error 2004; Out of Memory]
I tried adding to System.ini
[VCache]
MinFileCache=51200
MaxFileCache=56320
Same error.
